[Recruitment] 3rd Performance Meetup (HolofansOrchestra) - Introduction to Scheduled Pieces and Date of Event

The Holofans-Orchestra is pleased to announce that our 3rd performance and recording session will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2025. We are now accepting applications for performance and technical participation on site. The deadline for applications is Sunday, August 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM (JST).

Location: Within a 30-minute radius of Tokyo Station
  *The exact location will only be disclosed to those participating in person.Participation
Fee: 5,000 to 7,000 yen
  *The fee varies depending on the number of participants and type of participation. Details of the participation fee will be provided after registration.

We are currently recruiting only those who will participate in person on the day of the event.

For those wishing to participate online at a later date, we will provide a separate registration form, which will be announced around September 2025.All announcements and communications for in-person participants will be conducted in Japanese.

For instruments not listed below, participation will be limited to one of the two pieces being performed. Please be aware of this in advance.

  • Percussions (limited slots): Timpani, Glockenspiel, Vibraphone, Chimes, Bass Drum, Snare Drum, Suspended Cymbal, Crash Cymbal, Sleigh Bells (Rattle), Tam-Tam, Triangles
  • Drumset (limited slots)
  • Piano (limited slots)
  • Harp (limited slots)
  • Electric Guitar (limited slots)
  • Acoustic Guitar (limited slots)
  • Electric Bass (limited slots)For instruments marked with "limited slots," applications may close early. If the number of applicants exceeds capacity, performers will be selected through consultation, which may result in the inability to participate on site. We appreciate your understanding.
