The project is still at the concept stage, but we’ve begun by engaging with the land itself. Before I knew it, land clearing had started ahead of the blueprints.

About the Initial Phase

As the first step of this concept, Pattii himself has begun preliminary site research and initial groundwork preparation on location.

On-site efforts currently focus on examining the land from multiple perspectives in preparation for future full-scale development, including terrain, circulation, landscape, and acoustic potential.
